President’s Season 22′ Welcoming

The Learmonth Football Netball Club would like to welcome and thank all new and existing members in joining and continuing to support the Lakies for the 2022 football and netball season.

While football and netball training has been in full flight, you will be aware that we have not had the access to our main hall, amenities and internal training facilities which have made it difficult for conducting meetings, relaying important club information, registration sessions and social gatherings. Our club has been advised that while the change room upgrade is expected to be completed in May we are endeavouring to hopefully have access to the main hall earlier.

During this time it is important that registrations are completed as earlier as possible with the new football PLAYHQ and netball connect registration systems online. Links for football and netball players can be accessed via the Registrations page.

Club fees payment options are now available via the website to purchase. Please follow the Football & Netball links.

We will continue to provide information via our club webpage, our club Facebook page, flyers and verbally at training sessions so we are ready to go for our round 1 game.

Our first two home games are now scheduled at Lake Wendouree’s ground on Dowling St Wendouree thanks to the City of Ballarat and the Lake Wendouree FNC, as much as we would love to play at the home of the Lakies we are extremely excited for the opportunity to play at a premium venue, the home of the Lakers. Our club will have access to all facilities including the social rooms and will be run by the Learmonth FNC.

This year we are introducing new membership options and while player registration includes club membership we also encourage family and friends to take advantage of these membership options.

The Learmonth FNC sincerely thanks all our members and volunteers that have worked so hard to get us to this position and are positive that with the continued support, 2022 will be a successful year for the blue and gold.

Go Lakies
